Greenfields is backed by a strong management, and a team of over 450 qualified and highly experienced technical staff including landscape supervisoes, irrigation supervisors, nursary supervisors, irrigation technicians, gardners and 1000 skilled labourers.

Most of the company's staff has been employed with the organization for a period of 6-10 years, and therefore understand the job and their responsibilities throughly. This has led a significant contribution from the team and has contributed towards increasing the productivity of the company.
